Return Policy

We uphold a 30-day return policy, entitling you to request a return within 30 days of item receipt. Upon initiating a return request via email, we will respond within 24 hours. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must furnish a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.

Shipping Cost

The responsibility for bearing the shipping cost for returns lies with either ebatte or the customer under the following circumstances:
When ebatte Pays For Return Shipping

ebatte will cover the return shipping cost if the return is attributable to OUR error. Instances include:

  • Receipt of a defective item beyond repair with replacement parts.
  • Dispatch of an incorrect item.
  • Shipment to an incorrect address.
  • Issuance of a duplicate order.
  • Malfunction of the item during the 30-day return window (provided the customer follows proper installation and operation procedures as outlined in the product manual).
  • Special Case Clarification:

    In cases of product quality issues, users must return the item to the designated ebatte warehouse in the United States, with ebatte covering shipping costs. However, if the return address differs from the original shipping address (e.g., if the shipping address was within the United States, but the return address is in a remote or international location), resulting in shipping costs surpassing ebatte's initial shipping expenses, the user assumes responsibility for additional shipping fees.

    IMPORTANT:

  • For damaged or defective items, customers MUST furnish videos or photos supporting the claim. Failure to provide evidence may result in the return being categorized as "buyer's remorse," with the customer solely responsible for return shipping.
  • Evidence of item defects or damages must be provided before initiating a return, without exceptions.
  • In cases where a damaged or defective item can be rectified with simple parts and support, we may offer free replacement parts and guidance on repair to obviate the need for returning a large, bulky item.
  • Upon receiving the approved return item, we will assess its condition. If found defective, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
  • When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping:

    In instances of returns due to customer error, return shipping becomes the customer's responsibility, with shipping charges borne by the customer. The customer will be provided with pre-paid return shipping labels, and the cost for returning the products will be deducted from the refund. Notably, any order subject to special shipping charges is subject to deductions equivalent to our actual outbound shipping costs.

    Refund Policy:

    Customers have up to 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return or refund. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that the payment bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to finalize the refund.

    Returns for refund may be requested under the following conditionsL:

  • Within 30 days of receipt, if the product sustains transportation damage and a damage certificate can be provided.
  • Within 30 days of receipt, if the product significantly deviates from the original product description in one or more key aspects.
  • Within 30 days of receipt, if the product experiences a performance failure not attributable to artificial damage. The customer should assist in conducting all battery testing, with both parties confirming the product's quality issues.
  • Order Cancellation:

    ebatte typically dispatches orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please promptly contact ebatte. A refund will be issued within 12 hours if the products have not been shipped. In cases where an order has already been shipped upon cancellation, the customer must personally reject the package upon delivery. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon the package's return to our warehouse.
